Contracts and Tenders

At Stationery UK, our account managers work to tailor our offerings specifically for you and the needs of your business.  To enable them to do that, we’ll give an initial consultation to discuss your situation and requirements.

 

We appreciate that your organisation may have a formal tender process for suppliers, and are happy to discuss this during your initial consulatation.

 

Your account manager will share details with our sales and delivery teams, so that you always receive the same personal level of care, throughout the process. 

 

We’ll always guarantee our best prices on everyday items, but we’ll also offer additional discounts where we can, and our single source options mean that, where possible, we’ll have everything supplied to you in as few deliveries as possible.

 

If an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know as soon as possible, and will source from elsewhere when we can.  If it’s more appropriate, we can suggest alternative products.  Our account managers are committed to providing the best service to our clients, so our management tools allow us to recommend products based on your previous purchase history, and if we’re able to consolidate orders or deliveries, we’ll always let you know.
